All items must be unworn, with original tags attached, and free of any signs of use. To start a return, please email sales@diavadoeq.com with your order number and our team will provide next steps.

At this time, because this is our first launch and our inventory is extremely limited, we are unable to offer exchanges. We hope to add this option in the future as we grow. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
